The game is primarily targeted at both Casual and Hard-core gamers with its wide open spaces and open world environment which is just right to engage in exploration. The town has gone to ruins with gang wars, police brutality, and unwanted violence plaguing the streets of the once great town. Terrible happenings in his life however have made it imperative that he return to his place of birth and set things right.
